    We aim to reply to email enquiries within two working days. At busy times it may take a little longer, and we will always get back to you.

  4. Starting or checking a finance application

    We do not take finance applications by phone or email. To check your options or start an enquiry, please use our online eligibility form at /apply, which guides you through the details lenders need.

    Checking your eligibility with us has no initial impact on your credit score. If you choose to proceed, a lender may carry out a full (hard) credit search later, and we will always ask for your consent before that happens. Finance is subject to status and affordability, and acceptance is never guaranteed.

  5. Making a complaint

    We want to hear from you if something has gone wrong. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please see our complaints procedure at /complaints, which explains how to raise a concern, what happens next and the timescales involved.

    You can also raise a complaint using the contact details on this page. We take all complaints seriously and will handle yours fairly and promptly.

    If you have additional needs, are worried about money, or would find it easier to deal with us in a particular way, please let us know. We will do our best to adjust how we communicate and support you throughout, in line with our duty to treat customers fairly and avoid foreseeable harm.
